Is the Mena Impact Academy certified?

Yes, it has been approved and permitted by the Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA) in the UAE.

How can I access the training materials?

The courses are developed on an online learning platform. We can either invite our learners to this platform or provide our content via a SCORM file (for downloading to your company’s Learning Management System).

In which languages are the online courses available?

By default, all our online content is available in English. We are currently working on new content in English and Arabic. We can translate all our courses into any language upon request.

Can I take multiple courses at the same time?

While you can enroll in multiple courses concurrently, we strongly advise that you do so only if you are able to commit to a minimum of 5 hrs/week for each course (i.e. 10 hrs/week for 2 courses) to ensure the most valuable learning experience. If that does not feel feasible, we recommend taking the courses separately.

Can I enroll my team in an online course?

Absolutely! We have had many teams go through our courses together with great success. For those taking our courses as a team, we provide a couple of additional benefits, so the best would be to contact us.

How can I deepen my knowledge on the topics covered in the training?

We provide additional resources at the end of each module to help you deepen your knowledge. You can also take our Digilearn advanced courses to go further.

How do I purchase my course?

You can purchase your course on our website using a credit card. For the workshops and training programs for enterprises, please contact us so we can send you a quotation.
